It is my firm belief that your forties are the best time time to take a good look at your health and change habits and patterns around food that may have worked for you in the past but do not serve you as you move forward.

Ageing gracefully is all about extending the healthy, pain free and active years that you will enjoy in your future and examining your health through the lens of nutrition can help you to do that.

Our biology is our biography so the events of your life will have left their imprint upon your health.
