The Connection Between Nutrition and Our Busy Modern Lives

Dr. Libby Discusses the Connection Between Nutrition, Our Lives, Our Weight, Our Health And Our Secret Longings; It’s in the Biochemistry!

I almost cried with joy when I heard Dr Libbys TED talk for the first time.

She articulates so succinctly the stress that is placed upon modern women to juggle the perfect lifestyle and the negative effect this can have on our health, down to the biochemical pathways that are affected.

I am sure that we all recognize that frazzled feeling of trying to be all things to all people within the rich tapestry of our lives; household CEO, productive businesswoman, UN peacekeeper, taxi driver, chief cook and bottle washer and Dr Libby acknowledges that it is easy to lose the essence of yourself in this mix!

One of the lessons I learned from this information: use every meal to fuel yourself like the warrior woman your life demands you to be.

What do you think about this video? does Dr Libbys talk resonate with you?
