Hazelnut Cacao Refrigerator Squares

Hazelnut Cacao Refrigerator Squares

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup ground hazelnuts (I ground my hazelnuts in a coffee grinder)
  2. 1 cup shredded coconut
  3. 1/2 cup extra virgin coconut oil melted
  4. 1/4 cup maple syrup
  5. 1/4 cup chia seeds
  6. 2 tbsp heaped cacao
Instructions
  1. Add all the dry ingredients into a large bowl
  2. Warm the coconut oil until melted
  3. Add the maple syrup into the bowl of dry ingredients
  4. Add the melted coconut oil
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients vigorously to form a sticky dough
  6. Press the dough into an 8" by 8" tin
  7. Refrigerate for 15 minutes
  8. Cut into 12 squares and enjoy.
