Yikes! I have taken a leap of faith and booked accommodation for a Nutritional retreat in The Rocky Mountains.
I have done so much planning and recipe research that I am really excited about the food, the course content and the workshops. I am planning to over deliver and leave each woman attending feeling confident in her skills for producing amazing, healthy meals throughout the crunch of a crazy fall schedule that have the family licking their plates clean!

It is with great pleasure that I am announcing my 3 night Fall Nutritional Retreat from Monday Sept 19th – Thurs 22nd.
I am looking forward to meeting, teaching and feeding 12 wonderful women in the nurturing, nourishing and healthful enrollment of Nipika Mountain Resort in the Kootenay mountains BC.
Each day will include a daily Nutritional Demonstration Cooking Class where you will learn to prepare and get to taste the healthy, nutritionally dense, family friendly recipes that will become your go-to family meals throughout the fall.
In addition there will be a workshop specific to women health during the middle years and a workshop covering the 7 best superfoods and supplements for women health during the menopause.
There will be plenty of time to sleep, relax and hike and as Nipika is a dog friendly resort, I hope you will bring your four legged friend and make the most of the stunning mountain scenery.
This will be time for you, time to be pampered and nurtured, time to learn and find energy so that you can return to your family as the best Mom you can be!
