Well our first truth bomb hits pretty hard – Sugar is killing us!
I am hoping that this little video encourages you to look at your own diet and recognize, where sugar is hiding in your diet, (Clue: Soda, Alcohol, Processed Foods, Low Fat and “Healthy” Foods, Caffeine and Dairy!), when you are craving sugar….Mid morning munchies, during the afternoon energy slump, night time nibbles (yikes! This was me!), and to recognize the effects of consuming a diet containing too much sugar on the body. These are the diseases that sugar is promoting people!
