I have been working alongside my good friend and fellow Certified Holistic Nutritionist Lily Louie on a brand new six week course we are calling Eat Like A Nutritionist!
Week by week we will build on knowledge as we work our way through the food groups on this, myth busting, beginners guide to healthy eating for the family.
There is so much conflicting information, confusion and downright fear around food in the media and this just get’s our goat!
Expect some truths about what we should be putting in our shopping carts and what we need to ditch, the making and tasting of some delicious and easy, healthful recipes and action steps to take with your own pantry each week. We will also spill the beans on the time saving tips that we use in the kitchen, what to look for (the good and the bad!) on food labels and the secret ingredients that nutritionists keep in their cupboards.
By the end of six weeks you will have an arsenal of delicious, simple and healthy recipes to share with your family, a new way of approaching your weekly shop and will have acquired some skills for getting healthy food onto the family table on the daily.
