Garlicky Mustardy Dressing

I love this super pungent garlicky, mustard dressing and usually make it once a week. Tip: make a double batch and store in the refrigerator to make a spectacular salad from the leaves in the bottom of your crisper draw.

No additives, no preservatives, no dodgy GMO canola oil, no sugar or high fructose corn syrup! Go now, just GO and look at the label of your store bought dressing and ask yourself if your body needs these ingredients. If a fourth grader cannot read it then you should not eat it!

This simple dressing is wonderful on cooked-until-just-crisp, local green beans and perfect for mopping up with a naughty chunk of baguette.

It is a simple as this: 4tbsp good olive oil, 2tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2 cloves garlic, 3 heaped tsp Dijon mustard, 1/2tsp sea salt, pepper to taste.

Add chopped parsley, anchovies or capers to crank the flavour volume louder.

I love that it allows me to make dishes such as this………!
