New research from Cambridge University in the UK has shown that lack of exercise is twice as likely to lead to an early grave than obesity.
What we need to hear is the importance of moving, even walking briskly for as little as 20 minutes each day, regardless of our health, size or shape, will help us live our lovely lives longer.
Find a sport or activity you enjoy, re-home a rescue dog or call a friend for a walking date, hold a kitchen dance party or just walk for 10 minutes away from your office and 10 minutes back on your lunch break, but move briskly every day.
Make 2015 the year that you introduce more movement into everyday!
