My Three Big Take-Aways from My Nutrition Training

Hello and welcome to my website, I am so happy for you to join me here.

My name is Louise Innes, I am a 48 years old British gal who has migrated to Calgary, Canada via Phoenix, Arizona USA. (I must have a thing about extremes of hot and cold!) I have three children who I birthed within 3 years and 1 week (Yes! I know! but in my defence I was very hormonal, I do love babies and nobody had warned me about a midlife shared with 3 teens)……….and who are now all in their teens. (Yikes)

Here is a little bit about my story into an overweight-midlife-of-poor-health and how woke up and applied my own oxygen mask (after years of helping others first) and healed my health through nutrition training. I explain just why I love my job as a Holistic Nutritionist so very much and my three big A-Ha! moments that I experienced while sat in the classroom at Nutrition School.

Please stay a while and have a browse around my site and if you like what you see (I have some fabulous family-friendly, home-kitchen tested, recipes here) please sign-up for my weekly newsletter where you get to peak into what is going on in my kitchen. (The heart of my home and where there is never a dull moment!)

If you are interested in working with me either in person or via Skype then please do not hesitate to contact me here.
