Roast Beef and Lettuce Wraps

Wow! we are back in the oven here in Calgary Alberta and temperatures are rising again. What a different summer we are having here in Canada, all forest fires, smokey city air and water restrictions.

I am eating light and rustled up these lettuce rolls for lunch.

No heavy gluten-laden bread but dense nutrition with grass-fed, organic roast beef, locally grown mustard sprouts and grated carrot with a dollop of organic mayonnaise in a locally grown Romaine lettuce wrap.

Filling, light and delicious. Perfect for the hot weather.

Vibrant food does not have to be difficult if you stock the good stuff in your cupboards and refrigerator.

Do you want to detox your kitchen cupboards? Are you stuck in a rut buying the same foods week after week in the grocery store? Do need help when it comes to choosing healthy fats or reading labels? Do you need advice on which grains are gluten free and what foods are most supportive to your health? Do you need to clear out those packets and cans from the mid-nineties and start afresh?

Help is at hand as you can book me for  Kitchen Cupboard Detox. I will come to your home, take a look at your cupboards and refrigerator and talk you through the perfect pantry for optimal health. (We may need a garbage bag!)
