The Sugary Truth

After a couple of weeks of website glitches and back up issues we are back on track with rolling out more information about the damaging role of sugar in our diet.

Sugar is in 80% of the products that are on our supermarket shelves in North America. Time to start reading the labels on the products we buy and to draw sugar down in our families diet.

Plan ahead to prepare food at home for your family during the week and avoid processed and low fat foods. Take leftovers to work for lunch and pack them into your kids lunch boxes.

Eat a good breakfast so that you do not get the munchies and indulge in sugary snacks during the day.
