Dirty Dozen, Clean Fifteen!

Have you heard of the “Dirty Dozen” and “Clean Fifteen”?

The Enviromental Working Group in the USA releases a list each May which exposes the fruit and vegetable produce that contain both the most pesticide residue and also the least.

It is expensive to eat organic all of the time but by using this information we can make choices about where we spend our dollars and purchase the “Dirty Dozen” organically whilst we can feel comfortable rinse-washing the “Clean Fifteen.”
