Harvesting Spinach From The Garden

I spent the afternoon harvesting, flash freezing on a baking sheet and bagging yard grown spinach. I can use this beautiful fresh green goodness throughout the year in Smoothies, Soups, Pizza Florentine, breakfasts of eggs and greens, Florentine Quiche, Stir Frys, Frittata and Curries

Planted from heritage seeds, grown without chemicals and harvested and frozen within half an hour….this is about as nutrient dense and fresh as vegetables can get!
