Exciting news! I will be hosting a presentation at Windsor Park School here in Calgary titled “The First Ten Steps To Vibrant Health”.

What if you could take your family on journey that led you all to better health? Better sleep, more energy, improved immunity, less anxiety and reduced risk of long term diseases such as diabetes, Alzheimers disease, cardio-vascular diseases and cancer.

Every journey begins with the first step and I will be exploring  ‘Your First Ten Steps to Vibrant Health”.

Using science based research, I outline the ten most effective diet and lifestyle changes that will impact your family to bring about optimal health.

In this 11/2 hour talk I will explain which foods support best the different systems of the body and will put the tools in your hand to make positive changes to your families health without having to resort to managing symptoms through doctors prescriptions and over the counter medication.

I will be happy to answer all questions and will run a 1/2 hour ‘Quiz the Nutritionist’ session at the end of the talk. So please come along and challenge me with a nutrition/health related question.
